Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning operatives/Room attendants to join our team. As a Cleaning operative/Room attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness within the building.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize ensuite bedrooms, studio apartments, bathrooms, kitchens, corridors, hallways, elevators, stairwells, communal areas.
- Dust and polish furniture, walls, doors, mirrors, windows.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste.
- Follow all cleaning schedules implemented in a timely. Safe and efficient manner.
- Strip, flip and re-dress accomadation according to required specification.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Be fully competent within the job role.
- Physical fitness and strength is required as the role is quite demanding.
- A 'Can do' attitude.
- Punctualality and reliability are paramount, as this is a time constrained role.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English
- Valid driver's license (nice-to-have)
