Community Care Workers

We are currently recruiting community care workers for tea and bed rotas in Brookeborough. Tea rota - 15:00 - 18:30 and Bed rota - 19:00 - 23:00. One person can cover both rotas or do one or other rota.

No qualifications or experience are necessary as NWCare provides full bespoke training for this role in their in-house training academy.

We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

**ESSENTIAL**
- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Great communication skills
- Able to promote and deliver person centered care
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
- Be well organised/professional/caring
- Interested in working in the community within Health & Social Care
- Care about the community they live in

**DESIRABLE**

QCF level 3 in H & SC
