**What will you be doing as a Warranty Advisor?**

You have the responsibility for replying to customer queries, understanding their problem and providing guidance and options to resolve it. Largely this role will involve diagnosing faults, deciding whether they are warrantable issues and providing replacement parts or physical repairs. This may involve liaising with other departments and suppliers.

This is a desk-based role sitting within our Warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Updating the Warranty Tracker as cases arrive and progress
- Completing repairs wherever possible and ensure the item or component is returned to a safe condition
- Dispatching items to suppliers for assessment or repair and handling returned items
- Booking items in to “Faulty” locations and picking items from stock
- Advising and guiding the customer on any additional usage or maintenance requirements
- Resolving faulty returns by processing appropriate credits and querying with Team Leader where necessary

**Experience**:

- Customer Service
- Bike technical knowledge would be ideal
- Warehousing experience advantageous
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Working in a fast-paced role
- Working in a target driven situation
- Experience with Warehouse Management systems
- Awareness of H&S in a similar environment
