**JOB TITLE ** Cleaning Operative

**LOCTATION **Ferryhill

**JOB SUMMARY**

Working on behalf of Vista FM as part of the team to provide an efficient and effective cleaning service, ensuring high standards of cleaning are delivered and maintained to meet our clients’ specification.

**HOURS** - 12.5 hours

**DAYS ** - 5

Monday - Friday

**SHIFTS **14:50- 17:20

**PAY **£12.50

**JOB ROLE**
- Cleaning tasks to include vacuuming, mopping, polishing, sanitising and general cleaning tasks.
- Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment provided by Vista FM & the Client.
- Following the required specification to ensure all tasks are completed.
- Following Health & Safety procedures.
- Ensuring personal appearance and uniform are as expected in line with your employee handbook
- Following through with any issues identified

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

**ESSENTIAL**
- Capable of carrying out physical aspects of the role
- Good interpersonal skills providing a great service to the customer
- Ability to manage your time efficiently
- Ability to work well with mínimal supervision
- Strong communication skills

**DESIRABLE**
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Flexibility to work additional shifts & overtime
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH

**DBS CHECK REQUIREMENT**
- **This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).**_
- **Where a role requires a DBS this will obtained by VISTA FM.**_

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12.5 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
