As part of the organic growth of the Group we are pleased to release the following newly created opportunity to join the valued team at X-Cel Superturn, based at the Advanced Manufacturing Park.

**Duties and responsibilities of the Buyer will include;**
- Placing and expediting purchase orders with suppliers
- Managing and developing the supply base
- Responsible for negotiating prices and sourcing new products
- Uphold health and Safety, environmental and quality policies
- Similar experience - ideally from an engineering manufacturing environment
- Strong negotiation skills, an enquiring mindset, and can perform under pressure
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize to suit the demands of the business
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible, dynamic approach with a willingness to follow management directions to achieve business goals
- Self-motivated and demonstrates clear focus and drive in order to make a positive contribution to the business
- Proficiency in MS Office

**Hours & Remuneration**:

- Graded salary depending on experience
- Core Hours: Monday-Thursday 07:30-16:30, Friday 07:30-12:30 (39 hours per week)
