**About us**

Diamond Coatings is an optical coatings and ITO glass supplier with a worldwide customer base which includes companies of all sizes as well as companies which supply a diverse range of products.

Over the years we have been involved in projects in industries ranging from Automotive to Aerospace as well as serving requirements for University research projects. Examples of some of the work we have done include the manufacture of a capacitive switch for a lighting system for one of the world’s leading luxury car manufacturers.

These are specialist conductive inks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate screen printing equipment.
- Prepare screens for printing.
- Printing all screen print production orders to a priority plan ensuring that all requirements are met.
- Ensuring the highest quality is maintained on every printed article in terms of print clarity, accuracy and conformance to specifications and identifying any defects.
- Mix inks and other materials to create the desired pattern.
- Perform quality control checks on printed products.
- Setting up of the printing press for proper registration and optimum speed including the loading of screens and pouring of inks.
- Preparing and reclaiming the screens before and after each print job.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Troubleshoot any issues with the equipment or printing process.
- Work with production team to ensure satisfaction with their order.
- Maximising usage of material to minimise wastage and scrappage of rejects

**Salary**: £10.45-£13.00 per hour
