**Responsibilities**:

- Coach individuals, groups and teams.
- Help team members set and achieve goals.
- Provide a supportive environment for teammates and staff members.
- Mentor athletes in the areas of their development.
- Provide feedback to athletes to help them improve performance.
- Work with Gymnasts to identify performance goals.
- Promote team spirit.
- Empower players to make decisions.
- Encourage individual responsibility and accountability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Graduate
Part-time hours: 15-40 per week

Pay: £20,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
