Associate Chiropractor

We are looking for an experienced Chiropractor to join our chiropractic and multidisciplinary healthcare clinic based in Wilton and/or Amesbury, Wiltshire.

The clinic is also home to a range of other therapies who work alongside our principal Chiropractor. Our patient base/common conditions currently ranges from babies, pregnancy pain, sports injury to chronic pain and managing long term musculoskeletal conditions. This associate position would suit either a general practitioner or specialist in one area if you wish to focus on one group.

We are not a wellness, high-volume clinic and prefer to take our time with our patients to truly get to know who they are as people, what makes them tick, and how we can best tailor our care to help them.

You will be responsible for building your own patient base and are expected to have the necessary skills in generating and retaining your own patients. Our principal chiropractor is at capacity and we are operating a waiting list for new patients. As such, we need an associate to meet with current demand and we therefore expect you will naturally build a flourishing patient base of your own. You will be given all new patients for a 6 week period in order to build your patient base and will provide marketing materials and promotional support to enable you to grow your patient base.

We offer support, mentoring and coaching as required, and the freedom to practice as you choose within the current evidence base and your professional boundaries. Since the clinic has opened, we have held both the PPQM and the CMQM which has helped grow the clinic organically in a short space of time

We offer competitive earnings, percentage based, which will be discussed at interview.
Interview process starts with CV and letter, then telephone interview then finally we would like to meet you in person to assess hands-on and interpersonal skills.
