Connected Health is a leading, well established home care provider with clients throughout Northern Ireland.

We are seeking a Part Time Trainer to join the Connected Academy team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is proactive and dynamic with the ability to work within a professional team committed to delivering the best training for all employees providing home care and all employees’ office based.

The role will involve helping to develop training and services. This will include development of training programmes assisting competencies compliance and on-going development. You will liaise with other professionals to develop and enhance services.

**Duties will include**:

- Ensure training compliance of all employees and on going development
- Oversight management and development of training programmes with Accredited Training Centres
- Exploring regulation expectation, best practice guidance and advancing training
- Co-ordinating training timetables,
- Maintenance and compliance of training equipment
- Developing and promoting Connected Health’s services
- Providing a well informed opinion to the overall discussion of service delivery and development
- Networking with other professionals building meaningful relationships to helping to build the training reputation and awareness of the company
- Enhance Quality of services contributing to Quality Monitoring and Compliance plans

**Essential criteria**:

- Experience of development and delivery of Health & Social care training
- Experience of management of online training portals
- Level 3 accreditation in Training and Education
- Level 3 Assessors Award
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Minimum level 3 Health and Social care
- A willingness to travel to our head office in Northern Ireland
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
