**Job Opportunity**: Site Supervisor (Fire Station Renovation)

**Project Date**: March - June

Are you a skilled Site Supervisor ready to take on a dynamic role in the renovation of a Fire Station? We are seeking a dedicated professional to work with one of our prestigious clients and contribute to the success of this exciting project.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Site Supervisor, you will work closely with a Site Manager and be responsible for:

- Implementing Health & Safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Developing and managing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Conducting Toolbox Talks to promote safety awareness among on-site personnel.
- Efficiently managing Sub-Contractors and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Overseeing Roof Works, Installing Air Source Heat Pumps, and Insulation processes.
- Collaborating with the Site Manager to ensure project objectives are met.

**Project Details**:

- Valuation: £250,000
- Project Duration: 4 Months
- Project Scope: Renovation of a Fire Station

**Location**: West Sussex

**Day Rate**: £200

**Requirements**:

- Must have a Valid SSSTS and 1st Aid
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, RAMS, and Toolbox Talks.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in dealing with Sub-Contractors.
- Familiarity with Roof Works, Air Source Heat Pumps installation, and Insulation processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £200.00 per day
