Executive Assistant to CFO - Global Energy Company
- Job Reference 02/4238- Added : 11/07/2023- Expiry : 08/08/2023- £50,000 - £60,000- London- Contract Type: Perm- A highly impressive international Energy Company is seeking an excellent Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Compliance Officer. Although this is a split role, the majority of the responsibility (80-90%) will be focused on supporting the CFO. A dynamic, collaborative and very hard-working office based in Central London you will be pivotal to CFO and wider team.

Within this role you will be responsible for the following:

- Extensive Diary Management
- Travel/Schedule Management - liaising with the travel agent, booking hotels, transfers, and flights
- Familiarity with Annual Reports, Mid-Year Reports, AGMs, Shareholders, Investor Calls - terminological understanding is essential
- Helping organise events
- This is a professional environment, however, they are still kind, considerate and make an effort to celebrate and socialise.

They are looking for someone who is confident hitting the ground running, has a mature mind-set, happy working autonomously and turning their hand to each and every task. The CFO is really looking for someone who can provide a high level of support.
