Position: Corporate and Partnerships Fundraiser

Location: Burnt Oak (London Borough of Barnet)

**Salary**: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum or pro rata

Closing Date: Friday 9 June at noon.

About the role:
The charity is an amazing place, where every day you will be able to see the impact of your work. Your role is to convey that impact to current and prospective donors. You will play a leading role in the Fundraising Strategy to diversify income. You will be building a new fundraising stream to capitalise on opportunities including local corporate partnerships (eg charity of the year and corporate events), create corporate volunteering opportunities, build payroll giving and digital fundraising (with a focus on regular gifts).

You will help raise awareness of the charity within the local community. Through creating successful fundraising campaigns and building strong and meaningful relationship with community groups and local businesses in Barnet, you will make a key contribution to ensuring young people have a safe, affordable and inspiring place to go in their leisure time.

About you:
To be successful in the role of Corporate and Partnerships Fundraiser you will be innovative and forward thinking in your approach and encouraged to test out new ideas. You must have a passion for corporate fundraising, and a commitment to supporting young people.

You will be excellent at building relationships, have experience in digital fundraising, be creative in your approach and excited by the opportunity to manage several fundraising programmes at the same time.

*Proven Fundraising experience
*Experience of building relationships and partnerships with individuals, businesses and other groups
*Experience of planning and managing income generating events
*Experience of using a CRM system for logging and tracking stakeholder activity
*Good numeracy skills and ability to analyse and report on your own financial performance
*Excellent presentation skills
*Able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
*Able to work flexibly and under own initiative to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are prioritised
