To initiate, implement, and develop the physical activity and exercise programme component of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Service within Harrow Community. To take lead in the provision of exercise prescription and its delivery, acting as an expert resource for information, advice, and guidance to patients, carers, and colleagues. The post will be for a fixed term contract of 12 months and is aimed towards facilitating the initiation, embedding, and development of face to face and virtual group exercise program for cardiac rehabilitation. Physiotherapists or Exercise Instructors with relevant BACPR qualifications and experience would be most suitable for this post.
