**GRAPHIC DESIGNER - ALDERSHOT - £28K -£32K**

My client is a friendly family business, based in Aldershot. Their founders are entrepreneurs and therefore look to build teams with employees who possess a similar skill set in taking initiative and finding a way to achieve excellence in their roles.

In 2019, they refurbished their 60,000 sq ft factory to include breakout areas for employees, a training facility for ongoing support, a studio for videography and photography, and a showroom for customers to experience the full product range and serviceoffering. They really value creativity and innovation, these are the perfect areas to increase communication with colleagues and generate ideas.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- You'll be the creative force behind our brand image, responsible for designing marketing collateral, visual content, and everything in between You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team, and your designs will be a critical part of our marketingstrategy. You'll be encouraged to push boundaries, experiment, and innovate, using your skills to bring our brand to life
- Printed Materials - design and develop company product catalogues, magazine adverts, brochures, promotional leaflets, direct mail collateral, advertising templates, catalogue creation and designs
- Event and Exhibition Materials - design and develop exhibition panel artwork, event support materials - catalogues Digital and Social Media - creation of social media assets, images, gif, website assets, digital advertising assets, e-shots, digital personalisedcatalogues
- Account Marketing Materials - design and develop sales support materials based on customer requirements
- Photography - assist in organising product photography shoots when new products are introduced and aid the photographer/videographer when and if needed
- Image Retouching - image retouching completed to company standards
- Corporate Materials - design company stationery and materials in line with corporate guidelines to a high standard Business Support - support the wider sales and marketing teams as required across the business with ad-hoc graphic design requests to achieveset goals and targets
- Keep on Top of Things - Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends, software and technology. You'll need to continuously learn and adapt your approach to stay on top of the competition.

**This role is for you if you**:

- Strive for design excellence and define standards across our digital and print marketing channels
- Ability to communicate and justify design decisions in front of senior stakeholders
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ graphic design experience acquired in-house or agency-side
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in graphic design or a related field Technical proficiency and extensive knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Action Illustrator and Photoshop
- Are comfortable editing photography and image manipulation
- Understand the difference between marketing to trade businesses (B2B) and consumers (B2C), as the role requires both these elements
- Have experience in brand-led collateral design
