Role - Fettler.

CJR Propulsion is seeking a Metal Fettler for Propeller and Sterngear Castings to join our skilled team. The Metal Fettler will play a critical role in ensuring that our marine propulsion components meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work with precision and accuracy.

**Responsibility**

**Activity Description**

Grinding and Deburring

Use a variety of hand and power tools to grind and deburr metal components to meet specified tolerances and quality standards.

Inspection

Inspect fettled components for any remaining imperfections, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards.

Crane Operation

Safely operate cranes or hoists to lift and move heavy metal components onto the cutting table or other workstations.

Forklift Operation

Transport metal products via forklift as needed within the facility, ensuring safe handling and movement.

Health and Safety

Adhere to company risk assessments and health and safety policies at all times to ensure a safe work environment.

Housekeeping

Maintain a tidy and safe work station by keeping the workspace organized and free from hazards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.5 per week
