We are seeking a superstar Team Leader to join our team. First and foremost, you’ll be providing support and care to the amazing people we support with a wide range of complex needs such as learning disabilities and mental health needs. Our approach is person centred and done in a collaborative way. We call this co-production.

You’ll also lead the team whilst on shift, providing guidance, support and co-ordination for our amazing colleagues. We’re looking for the person with a natural ability to delegate, motivate people, escalate any concerns or opportunities as we like to call them. We aim to create an ‘amazing place to work’ and our people are at the forefront of that.
