**Machine Packer/Metal Finisher**
- **Hourly rate: £11.50 per hour**:

- **Hours: 40 hour working week, overtime available at times**:

- **Overtime: 1.5 x hourly rate**:

- **Holiday: 28 days inclusive of bank holidays**

My client is looking to hire a Metal Finisher / Machine Packer to work in their factory.
- The role involves various stainless steel metal finishing tasks and the packaging of finished products ready for dispatch.
- This role would suit an active person who is looking for some variety.

**Main tasks**:

- Carry out stainless steel metal finishing using in-house tools and machinery.
- Package finished machines on wooden pallets including making wooden crates.
- Put together sub-assemblies for use in the production of machines.

**Key skills required**:

- Ability to listen and learn about new job tasks.
- High attention to detail in the finishing of components.
- Ability to perform consistently and to deadlines with the right attitude.
- Tidy, polite and professional approach to work.

**Qualifications required**:

- Qualifications in mechanical fields are desirable but not required.
- Job-specific training in Metal Finishing and Packaging will be provided but previous experience is desirable.
- Driving license required.
