We are currently seeking a self-motivating, organised and highly skilled physiotherapist to join our team. As a physiotherapist, you will be required to work with patients in a variety of situations, with injury, illness, or throughout the aging process,to help them to maintain their independence and improve their movement ability. You will take ownership of your own cases and effectively plan intervention, all whilst managing the expectations of your patients and their loved ones.

**Main Responsibilities**
- To assess and work with patients to restore physical function and ability, providing a high standard of expert advice as part of holistic physiotherapy intervention.
- To conduct case management and rehabilitation of patients while managing the patient's expectations and enabling them to set realistic and achievable goals.
- To recommend tailored physical activity and provide advice on how to improve general health and mobility.
- To help relieve pain and improve the movement of patients.
- To effectively plan and execute the treatment of patients.
- To promote good health and advise on avoiding future injury.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- HCPC registration
- 2+ years of experience within a variety of physiotherapy settings
- Varied experience of clinical areas
- Clinical references
