Job Summary:
Due to our expanding business, we are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our Client Finance team. The Credit Controller will be responsible for monitoring and collecting outstanding rent payments across our portfolio of properties.

**Duties**:

- You will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and effective collection of outstanding rent and escalation where necessary, adhering to our Arrears Process
- Produce monthly aged arrears reports for the Senior Management Team
- Coordinate and participate in monthly arrears meetings with Branch Managers and Client Finance Manager
- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts using pro
- active collection techniques
- Effectively manage workload across portfolio of clients
- Promote and develop relationships with key contacts throughout the business and with our clients.

Skills and experience
- At least one years’ credit control experience
- Experience actively calling to chase fast moving debt
- Excellent communication skills verbally and written
- Comfortable working as part of a team but also using your own initiative
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- The ability to attain objectives within agreed timescales
- Accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
