**iMultiply are working with a long standing, family-run FMCG business to find their newfulltime Finance Assistant in their Cumbernauld office.**

**The Company**

This business has long-standing relationships with manufacturers and traders that allow them access to a wide range of products. They have a large customer base in both the UK and around the world.

**The role**

**The Finance Administrator is expected to, but not restricted to**:

- Nominal ledger processing
- Sales and purchase ledger processing
- Preparation of supplier payments
- Dealing with customers & suppliers to resolve queries
- Process monthly accruals and prepayments journals
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
- Monthly and quarterly reconciliations
- Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT return
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

**To succeed in the role you will need the following**:

- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to take responsibility
- Confidence and strong interpersonal skills
- First-class communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of all roles within the Finance department
- IT literacy - Excel and Word processing
- Experience with SAP, QuickBooks, or other similar accounting software
- Possess a positive, proactive, and flexible attitude

**On offer**
