**Purpose of the Role**:
To conduct detailed analysis of business and customer inventory, including regular reporting and inventory modelling. Contribute to proactive and lean inventory management, working across the business to gather information, analyse, and present.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Compile monthly inventory reporting.
- Report on inventory metrics and KPI’s.
- Work with internal departments to capture sales forecast data and market trends.
- Conduct analysis of business inventory levels vs forecast sales.
- Create inventory models for key customers to support inventory forecasting.
- Create inventory models utilising market data and sales forecasts for product launches.
- Identify fast and slow-moving SKUs, contributing to solutions and mitigation for slow moving inventory.
- Support in ‘Run In, Run Out’ transitions of components and finished goods.
- Present inventory analysis to stakeholders.

**Person Specification**:

- Advanced MS Excel Experience
- A basic level of SQL Knowledge
- 1+ Year experience in Finance or Inventory Data Analyst Role
- Degree in Mathematics (Or Similar)
- Flexible approach required to support the business in peak times, willingness to learn and adaptable to change.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise a demanding workload to meet business needs.
- Excellent attention to detail.
