Department Supervisor

**Concession Department Supervisor - Ladieswear**

**Boundary Outlet, Colne**

**This will be a permanent position covering 18-20 hours per week (with flexibility across days/hours)**

We are looking for someone with strong fashion/retail experience at a supervisory level, plus excellent communication skills to work alongside our Department Manager to develop sales and performance across the brands.

Understanding the mix of brands is important as you will need good visual merchandising skills to ensure brand identity and standards are delivered at all times.

Daily operational tasks will include, monitoring sales performance, new stock deliveries, accurate pricing and stock movement on shop floor.

Your role is to effectively manage daily tasks to achieve deadlines and you will be liaising directly with your manager and team members.

This is a busy department which need constant attention so we are looking for someone who is both focused and highly motivated and will be pro-active in the role, prioritising tasks effectively.
