SK Heating and Cooling Ltd are a refrigeration, air conditioning and heating company Located in Gloucester.

We are looking for a Job Processor to join our expanding service team.

40 Hrs per week (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications

**Job Summary**

Working within the administration team, you will be responsible for the daily job processing. The role will include dealing with customer calls, electronic job processing, updating enigineer jobs with timesheet data and populating further works. Other general administrative duties may be required.

Customer Calls;
- Accepting and actioning incoming customer calls relating to reported breakdowns
- Ensure all new customers are set up correctly on the CRM issuing customer setup forms
- Raising job with correct templates and ensuring all Job/equipment details are fully inputted

Job Processing
- Actioning completed engineer jobs
- Raise further work actions
- Populate engineer timesheet programme and material items

**Required Skills**:

- Previous sector experience is desirable although not essential as full training will be provided
- Great telephone manner, combined with the confidence to pick up the phone and speak to customers, engineers and homeowners
- Experience of general office procedures and administrative duties
- Experience and capability on Excel, Word, Outlook
- IT literacy including proficiency in data handling

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
