Here at GXO, London Gateway, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable FLT Trainer to take the wheel and support our FLT Drivers in learning to operate safely and efficiently. If you are a qualified FLT instructor with assessment knowledgeand experience, don’t keep it to yourself, share it with us

This is a full time, permanent position, where you’ll be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. The working hours will be 07:00-19:00.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,534 per annum. In addition, we offer 21 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Support induction training for new starters, ensuring the welfare of all colleagues
- Observe and work with colleagues regularly to ensure safe systems of work are always adhered to
- Identify and assess training and development requirements, with the aim to develop personal performance
- Ensure a robust feedback process is in place to support the improvement and the delivery of training

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- FLT Trainer licence holder, able to train both counterbalance and reach truck
- Confident training across multiple induction functions with excellent coaching skills
- Demonstrate ‘lead by example’ behaviours with a ‘can do’ approach, proven reliability, strong team ethic and a will to succeed
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
