At the RNLI our purpose is simple, to save lives at sea. Since the 19th century, our crews have been risking their lives to save those who are in danger of drowning.

We’re looking for someone to join our Marketing Services team to help deliver a diverse range of marketing activity to support stakeholder teams across the whole organisation. Supporting a variety of campaigns you could be involved in helping support the recruitment of our incredible volunteers, seasonal lifeguards and face to face fundraiser roles, developing a range of marketing collateral for our volunteer fundraisers and working with our water safety experts to help develop innovative ways to reach those at risk of drowning with vital lifesaving advice.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced marketing team at a successful national charity.

**Your role**:
We are offering a flexible part time role within our dynamic and exciting Marketing Services team.

The role involves:

- Supporting campaign planning, delivery and evaluation
- Working with a wide range of stakeholders and volunteers across the RNLI
- Proofing and reviewing feedback on campaign materials
- Marketing administration including budgets, reporting and progress updates

**About you**:
You’ll have high attention to detail, excellent organisation skills and an appetite to make a real difference.

Your experience will mean you’re capable of:

- Managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines
- Building strong and collaborative working relationships, both within the existing team and with other teams and multiple stakeholders across the organisation
- Showing excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)

You might be able to demonstrate experience in:

- A similar role in fundraising or marketing
- Project management or campaign management
- Proofreading
