We are seeking a highly motivated and organized **Property Content Administrator** to join our team and play a crucial role in presenting our properties in the best light possible. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for creating compelling and informative property listings, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience for Edward Mellor.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Craft compelling and informative property descriptions**:
- Work closely with the valuer to understand key features and selling points of each property.
- Research local area information and amenities to add context and value.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging descriptions that capture the essence of each property and resonate with potential buyers.
- **Collaborate with the valuer to ensure accuracy and efficiency**:
- Assist the valuer with scheduling property viewings and open houses.
- Prepare property information packs for potential buyers.
- Maintain open communication and provide timely updates
- **Enhance visual appeal through photo editing**:
- Utilise photo editing software to enhance the clarity and visual appeal of property photographs.
- Ensure consistency in editing style and quality across all listings
- **Create informative floorplans**:
- Use design software to create clear and accurate floorplans of each property.
- Include relevant measurements and annotations for easy visualization
- **Build immersive 360° virtual tours**:
- Utilise specialized software to capture and edit 360° virtual tours of properties.
- Ensure tours are smooth, seamless, and provide a realistic experience for potential buyers
- **Contribute to building and maintaining the Edward Mellor brand**:
- Understand and adhere to the company's branding guidelines for all property listings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand image across all platforms.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Creative flair and a passion for presenting properties in an attractive and engaging way.
- Basic understanding of photo editing software.
- Familiarity with property terminology is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
