Junior Team Assistant for Venture Capital Company £30,000

Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday & Friday 9am -5pm in office

Location: Holborn, London

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a great attitude who keen to learn and develop more skills in this role, as a Junior Team Assistant. You will be working closely, alongside a lovely senior EA, who will be your mentor. You will be providing general administrative support to the team. The role requires a proactive approach and the ability to multi-task and eagerness to help other teams. The culture is hard working, but everyone is very friendly with a real sense of family. The ideal personality fit is someone with a good sense of humour, warm and helpful.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support to EA and occasional cover for the EAs of the other teams
- Diary management and travel booking
- Assisting with arranging internal investment team meetings
- Help with logging key interactions using our CRM tool
- Processing the monthly expenses for the team.
- Answering any telephone enquiries which come through to the mainline, ensuring requests are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Supporting the onboarding process of new starters (working closely with IT, Compliance and HR to ensure a smooth transition).
- Offering support to the other teams (answering the door, refreshments for guests, tidying meeting rooms and guest waiting area, checking the IT is working in the meeting rooms, weekly kitchen re-stock, handling couriers/deliveries and arranging lunches for meetings as and when needed).

SKILLS:

- Proficient at using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint to assist with reports and presentations.
- Exceptional communication skills, providing clear and consistent communication
- Organised and detail-oriented with a high level of attention to detail with the ability to act independently and with the utmost discretion.
- Able to exercise good judgment, tact, diplomacy and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Approachable and supportive, must have strong integrity, work ethic and be a team player.
- Always professional and calm in a fast-paced, ever-changing and pressurised office environment.

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Yearly bonus
