Apprentice Product Delivery Administrator

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Product Delivery Administrator to join our operational commercial team. This person will collaborate with the rest of the product delivery team to understand how to provide supply chain services to our customers, including operational planning and delivery of products and services linked to road, rail and merchant storage. We are searching for an energetic, organized, and eager to learn individual to join our team and advance their careers with us.

**About The Role**
**How will you contribute**:

- Learn and understand DPW UK Supply Chain products and services
- Assist in planning and executing the various products/services generated by Product Development Managers and assist with running trials for new products/services
- DWUK Supply Chain current products and services include - management and planning of warehouse deliveries for unloading/loading, managing rail bookings and deliveries, merchant storage options including inventory management and delivery arrangements
- Assist with planning and management of external haulage plan for various customers using multiple external haulage providers for collections/deliveries
- Assist with the planning/execution of the in-house transport service within the Terminals, booking and managing the daily internal transport shunts within the Terminal estates
- Learn and understand the various Operational Port Systems to manage and operate UK Supply Chain products and services
- Keeping up to date with current Port Operations to assist customers with information/updates
- Build and grow customer relationships and understand individual customer key priorities and understand required KPIs
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal departments
- Manage and process operating costs and generated revenue dependent on customer service agreements

**What will you Bring.**
**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum Grade 5/C in Maths and English GCSE
- Demonstration of strong administration skills
- Ability to demonstrate urgency and willingness to learn
- Strong requirement to communicate and work with internal and external persons at all levels is essential
- Ability to complete the apprenticeship course alongside onsite work experience
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A full valid UK driving licence or appropriate international licence allowing you to drive on UK roads
- No unspent criminal convictions
