_**We are Hiring**_

We are a PlantationShutter manufacture looking for an experienced paint sprayer to join the team.

**Main duties and requirements -**
- **Using our state of the art spraying machine, cleaning and keeping out in good working order**:

- Utilise professional spray equipment to finish shutters in a variety of colours, and have an understanding of all of these finishes.
- Maintenance and upkeep of the spray equipment and spray booth facilities, ensuring that health and safety standards are adhered to.
- Preparation work including checking, cleaning, filling, and sanding of doors and frames, before, during and after spraying.
- Assisting with checking of the quality of door production.
- Assisting with general warehouse operation - lifting heavy doors, storage of doors etc.
- Ensuring stock is stored in correct locations for stock checks.
- Positive attitude to work, a team-playing approach, and good time-keeping.
- When required, to assist in other duties.
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Planning work and work station
- Requiring mínimal supervision to produce work
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Previous experience is essential, as is physical fitness.
- Perform work in accordance with specifications, instructions, and/or company policies
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors

**Hours**: Monday
- Thursday: 7:30am-4.30pm Friday: 7am-1pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Evesham, WR11 1GS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
