We urgently require at least one **LEAD INSTALLATION CONTRACTOR**, **PLUS** an **ASSITANT/TRAINEE** as well.

**The LEAD CONTRACTOR will have 5+ years of experience of bathroom & kitchen fitting, a level 2 qualification in plumbing &/or site joinery is an advantage but not essential if they can provide a portfolio of completed work & have their own tools & transport. Above all else they MUST be conscientious & reliable**

**The ASSISTANT needs plenty of ENTHUSIASM and potential to learn on the job a variety of skills including joinery & plumbing, etc.**

There is **ALSO potential for the right person to become a partner** in the future of this well established (2004) business as the founder & owner reduces their hours towards retirement.

So the **IDEAL PERSON** needs to have **aspirations **to develop within their profession alongside being **reliable, self motivated, hardworking, organised, a good communicator** & thrive on **practical problem solving**.

You will be working as part of a small team on local domestic refurbishment projects mainly in private homes (Often, but not always stone built Victorian or older) in the Derbyshire Dales, Hope Valley & Bakewell areas of the Peak District. Providing home improvement services including Kitchen installation, joinery, bathroom refurbishments, window installations & much more. **Salary**: £12.50-£35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
