Our client delivers informative programs, training, conferences, and seminars on a global scale. With their focus on regulated industries such as medical and healthcare, they attract a large international and tightly targeted audience of senior professionals.To ensure success across their portfolio, they currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conference Producer to join their cohesive and high-performing team.
As a Conference Producer, you will:

- Build out a conference production team in the UK (currently international)
- Research, coordinate, and deliver high-quality conference programs that complement and drive attendance
- Focus on understanding trending sector issues
- Act as Lead Project Manager for each conference/event
- Create a project plan for the creation and delivery of each conference/event
- Structure conference/event programs to enhance interaction
- Collaborate with international colleagues to drive success
You will:

- Be degree-level educated and possess a truly entrepreneurial approach
- Have a minimum of 2-3+ years conference producing experience (15+ projects)
- Have excellent research and project management skills
- Be a first-class communicator with excellent written skills (high-quality copy and reports)
- Be creative, engaging, professional and have numerous extra-curricular activities
- Be able to work remotely and independently
- Possess leadership qualities
