Permanent PAYE Contract, 5 X12 hour shifts totalling 60 hours per week with a salary of £32.500 per annum.

Working mainly nights, flexibility required to suit business needs including the ability to pick up holiday cover for the other Regional Supervisors and overtime available to cover sites on days off. You will also be utilised as a fail safe should you be required to cover sites.

Due to a growth in the South West Region Consortio Security are looking to recruit an experienced Regional Supervisor (RS) to join our very successful operations team. The role is located within the South West and in particular Bristol, Bath Oxford, Wales, Exeter, Plymouth, and the surrounding areas.

The Regional Supervisor will ‘’step up’’ and cover for the Regional Operations Manager when they are on leave, off with sickness or on compassionate which in turn facilitates exposure to the role for career progression purposes.

The sectors that we provide services to range from Student Accommodation, Distribution, Logistics, Business Parks and Front of House sites.

Essential Requirements:
Applicants must be aged 21 or over due to company car policy;
Excellent communication skills with a good standard of written and spoken English.

Valid SIA licence and a valid full UK driving licence - no interview will be offered without these;
Fully checkable five years’ employment history.

Supervisory experience

**Package**:
The role is permanent and contractual and comes with a salary of £32,500 per annum.

You will be issued with the complete IT package ensuring that you are able to contact clients, employees and colleagues when operational.

**Desirable**

Previous Operational Management in a security setting

IOSH or Health and Safety Qualifications

**First Aid**

A basic understanding of HR procedures
