**The Role**
- Accountability for the success and quality of all client engagements and programmes
- Assuring client work through governance and ensuring all client deliverables are of a high quality, leading and helping as necessary, and tracking budgets, PnL and timelines to meet internal and external stakeholder expectations.
- Manage client relationships, owning all delivery communications and dealing with escalations ensuring proper remedial actions are undertaken and identfying solutions to issues as they arise.
- By creating best practises, tools, methods and processes create a consistent standardised delivery framework that consultants can use to manage engagements.
- Ensure that each client engagement is properly mobilised, documenting new roles, identifying internal resources and defining team structure and dynamics, leading workshops and client meetings as necessary, and ensuring alignment with client sponsors.
- Running and gorwing the global consultancy team, recruiting as needed, creating a learning and development framework as well as identfying leanring opportunities, overseeing performance and running appraisals, and regularly meeting with consultants.
- Identifying new sales opportunities including cross-selling, and working with co-founders to identify potential new services, leading creation and delievry of high-quality proposals and statements of work.
- Foster a culture of innovation to improve methods of work.

**About You**
Proven transformation specialist with experience of working in a similar Head of Delivery position at one or more international Financial Consultancies
10+ years’ experience within the Financial Services industry, across a variety of firms
10+ years’ experience of Project Management, with 5+ years’ direct experience of Programme Management
Deep experience of successfully leading high-profile, high-complexity transformation programmes within tight timeframes
Experience of rolling out best practice delivery frameworks across multiple organisations
Capable of producing high-quality project documentation i.e. project plans, status updates, materials to accompany key stakeholder decisions
Proven success selling consultancy services to clients
Confident and strong communicator, with all levels and types of stakeholders
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
Ability to diagnose potential problems quickly and define suitable solutions
Team leadership, management, and delegation skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail**Nice to have**
Experience working within a smaller, growing organisation
Experience delivering high-complexity regulatory programmes at financial organisations

**Qualifications**
A first level university degree, 2:1 (or equivalent)
A professional project management qualification - Prince 2, PMP, etc.
