Allure Weightloss has established itself as a leader in the field of Medical Weightloss solutions including Gastric Balloons and Bariatric Surgery, with clinics throughout the UK. We are looking for an exceptional **Patient Advisor** to work full time from our Cheshire office, however we are open to remote working with weekly visits to the head office. Within this role you'll be communicating on a daily basis with Patients, Nurses, Administrators, Bariatric Surgeons and Doctors.

**As a Patient Advisor you will be responsible for**:

- Conducting the initial consultation with patients ensuring clients are appropriately informed before referring them to a surgeon
- Working closely with surgeons and our nursing team to ensure patients are safe in preparation for procedures
- Creating a transparent consultation for all patients and act as the single point of contact throughout their journey with us
- Ensuring all patients questions and concerns be it medical, financial or logístical are addressed before and after booking.
- Represent Allure Weightloss as the company of choice for Bariatric Surgery and Gastric Balloons.
- A real people person capable of building great rapport quickly with patients
- A strong communicator - both verbal and written
- Have a positive, can do attitude with exceptional service skills
- Experienced in private healthcare roles or have experience of conducting consultations.
- Be flexible - our patients like to speak to us when it suits them so you must be prepared to work some weekends and evenings.
