**Billing Specialist**

A vacancy has arisen to join Your NRG’s Confirmation team in Hartlepool to support the businesses continued success and growth. The group operates out of 10 regional depots, serving a diverse customer base.

**Main areas of responsibility & KPI’s**
- Order Confirmations across allocated depots (accurate and timely confirmations for the previous day completed by close of business the following working day)
- Maintenance of schedules - delete 0 order and depot transfers as required
- Vehicle Stock Maintenance - ensure all vehicle stocks are accurate, investigate, and report any variances (accurate at the close of the previous working day)
- Third Party Confirmations - Process all third party confirmations on sales ledger, followed by upload of necessary invoice to purchase ledger (third party docket to be cleared down multiple times per week)
- Credit Notes - Process all credit notes within 24 hours of receipt, ensuring stock treatment is correct
- Unconfirmed-Unscheduled Report - Download and maintain report and chase up any outstanding orders with correct departments
- All Exceptions proactively reported to management

Start: ASAP | Salary: from £22,500 (dependent on experience) | Holidays: 25 (+ statutory) | Pension: Company pension scheme | Benefits: Death in service; health cash plan; annual discretionary bonus, plus, BUPA PMI after 1 years’ service | Study Support availalbe after sucessful completion of probationary period | Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, 30 minutes unpaid lunch.
