**LEAD DATA ENGINEER**

**THE COMPANY**
This company is an advertisement/media business, specializing in advertisements on billboards, London tube stations, taxis etc... anything that's not on social media They partner with huge companies such as Netflix to bring their advertisements to life,and work on really exciting mural projects There are currently 140 employees within the UK, and also operate in 8 other countries.
They're now hiring for a Lead Data Engineer to join the team, and work to upskill and develop the data analysts within the business.
**THE ROLE**
- Develop the vision and roadmap for future business data products and solution definition working with stakeholders to ensure strategic fit and alignment
- Evolve the business' data management platform, ensuring it houses the most relevant and effective data for their media planning, and deliver user-friendly outputs for their planners and client-facing teams
- Work with the wider business to develop the data pipelines and assets required to deliver the business strategy
- Data Governance and GDPR compliance
- Work in partnership with the wider business to develop and own the data architecture and requirements
- Training, upskilling, and development
- Manage data requirements and opportunities within the business including identifying and developing the case for new data assets that will deliver financial benefits and/or business strategy
- Stakeholder management
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Python OR R experience
- Excellent SQL skills
- Power BI OR Tableau experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Internal and external stakeholder management experience
- Mentoring/management experience
