**Technical Sales Managers - Concrete Protection**

Job Title: Technical Sales Managers - Concrete Protection
Industry Sector: Construction, concreting chemicals, concrete repair & technical mortars, concrete protection, structural grouting & anchoring, bedding mortars & streetscape, joint sealants & fillers, industrial flooring, high friction surfacing & waterproofingcoatings, leak sealing & resin injection, adhesives & cleaning and accessories
Area to be covered: South (South East focus)
Remuneration: £45,000-£70,000 + £15,000-£20,000 Bonus

Benefits: £7,250 Car Allowance + Government Mileage or Hybrid/ Eclectic Fully expensed car & comprehensive benefits including 8% non-contributory pension
The role of the Technical Sales Manager Concrete Protection will involve:

- Technical field sales position promoting a comprehensive range of concrete protection
- Focusing on concrete repair, adhesives, structural grouting and specialist coatings, but will also include; construction chemicals, technical mortars, joint sealants, fillers, resin injection and anti-slip waterproofing
- Majority of your time selling direct into specialist contractors such as groundworkers, civil engineering contractors, highways contractors, concrete repair contractors, concrete frame contractors, specialist coating contractors etc.
- Minimal amount of time dealing with design & build contractors and some distributors
- Account development position, you will inherit approx. 40-50 contractor relationships already achieving circa £1m of turnover, as well as a key account worth approx. £500,000
- Tasked with growing the area to £2m
- Typical projects include ground stabilisation, bridge repair, concrete repair, grouting and coatings
- Projects from £10,000-£100,000+ (average orders typically £20,000-£30,000)

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Manager Concrete Protection with:

- Ideally looking for a technical field sales professionals with relevant product experience within concrete repair, adhesives, structural grouting or specialist coatings (higher end of salary)
- Also open to waterproofing, ground remediation, foundations, or other associated civil engineering backgrounds (lower end of salary banding)
- Proven track record of having sold to and managed specialist contractor relationships
- Open to a distribution field sales background looking to sell manufactured products
- Also open to senior individuals who have the capability to step up into a National Sales Manager role in the near future
- Technically minded and have the ability to absorb technical information
- Autonomous and self motivated, well structured, excellent territory planning skills
- Looking for stability and longevity
