My client, a fantastic market leading independent agent, are looking for a MORTGAGE ADVISOR to join their team in their office based in the centre of Welwyn Garden City. You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own and beencouraged and supported to progress your career within this well-established and regarded agency.
Responsibilities for this MORTGAGE ADVISOR role will include:

- Conducting mortgage appointments with potential buyers/sellers
- Coaching, mentoring and 1-1 with current team to develop their financial services knowledge
- Dealing with buyers and qualifying offers
- Liaising with the branch manager to help manage the mortgage referral business
- Close mortgage sign ups and cross sales (legals etc)
Skills & Experience for this MORTGAGE ADVISOR role:

- Minimum fully qualified mortgage advisor (full CeMAP or equivalent)
- Proven track record in writing mortgages
- Local area knowledge preferred
- Driven and motivated
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and be a team player
Benefits for this MORTGAGE ADVISOR role include;

- £50,000 - £60,000 OTE
- 5 day working week
