Marketing Executive

Snug Hospitality is an ambitious hospitality operator of comfortable, warm, and cosy pubs around Norfolk. Established in 2020, we acquired our first venue in May 2021 and now operate 8 venues with an ambition to grow to 10 over the next 12 months. **The Role**

We're on the look out for a Sales & Marketing Executive to help take our business to the next level. You'll be responsible for supporting our pub teams to exceed their sales budgets by delivering effective marketing campaigns, co-ordinating events, supporting sales promotions and developing the overall awareness and reach of each venue.

Each of our pubs is unique with it's own personality - your job is to ensure that is not only properly defined but it shines through in everything the pub does, whilst developing the overarching brand of Snug Hospitality. By taking responsibility for a group of 3 or 4 of our venues you'll work with the Area Manager and Pub Managers to achieve their targets.

This role sits at the centre of our business and interacts with all teams:

- Brand - ownership of the brand identity for each pub and Snug Hospitality
- Digital - development & execution of our digital platforms from websites, SEO & socials to google analytics & our booking platforms.
- Seasonal - planning seasonal campaigns like Christmas, Mothers Day etc
- Events - booking acts & entertainment for the regular events calendar at each pub
- Promotions - delivering regular promotions that drive footfall to each venue
- Sales - creating an outbound sales programme to drive corporate bookings
- Projects - leading group wide projects that support our growth

Based at our offices in Aylsham, you will be required to regularly travel around our venues with occasional home working, although this role is based at our office in Aylsham.

**The Person**

Whilst you will have experience in a marketing role, you must be passionate about hospitality. Some experience in a hospitality management role would be advantageous.
- Atleast 1 years experience in a wide ranging marketing role but a focus on digital
- Some experience of working in the hospitality or leisure industry
- Adaptable & able to work in a reactive environment where things change quickly
- Used to working in a small businesses with limited budgets

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
