**Job Title: Operations Coordinator

**Location: Based in Leighton Buzzard - Covering London & The Southeast

**Salary: Competitive, Depending on Experience

**Job type: Full Time, 8am - 5pm.

**The company is a family-based company providing all types of lifting solutions for over 40 years. Their core business offering is the design and manufacture of bespoke cranes and lifting equipment alongside conducting LOLER inspections and safety checks for various industries up and down the country.

**The role:** As an Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for effectively scheduling on-site inspections of lifting equipment and lifting accessories, in accordance with LOLER regulations, alongside ensuring the workshop and service team are correctly resourced to deliver quality work on time and within Budget. You will be responsible for maintaining customer registers using our cloud-based database.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Scheduling of on site works.
- Scheduling works within our workshop.
- Liaise with customers to ensure needs are meet efficiently.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure we deliver competitive prices.
- Complete necessary paperwork (including invoicing) in an accurate and timely manner in line with set company procedures via our cloud-based database.
- Process orders, quotations and projects to a high standard.
- Adhere to quality, health & safety, and environmental regulations
- Experience of Lifting Equipment inspections an advantage.
- Experience of operations Coordination or similar role.
- Good Understanding of Cloud based reporting systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when completing inspection paperwork.
- A good understanding of the fundamentals of general engineering.
- People management skills.
- Identify and deal with potential issues.
