**Key responsibilities for the Swedish or Danish Speaking Quality Auditor - social media**
- Run quality audits on reported contents for assigned Market
- Prepare errors & data analysis and provide feedback to internal teams
- Collaborate with training team to ensure policy understanding for QA and Labelling teams
- Correct any errors identified in content regulations policies
- Work closely with content Safety specialists
- Manage projects and Lead quality meetings
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prepare Reports
- Training for the new team members

**Profile of the Quality Auditor with Swedish**
- Fluency in Swedish or Danish and English required
- Previous experience in quality assurance is essential
- A BA degree or equivalent education is preferred
- A background in content Moderation, content quality, social media safety or content labelling is a real plus
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently
- Analytical with Good interpersonal skills
- Resilient able to work in fast paced environment
- Adaptable and work towards KPI’s and deadlines
- Willing to work with sensitive content
