**The Role**

Are you an experienced, skilled floor layer with a background working in repairs, maintenance, and voids?

As a skilled floor layer for ParkCity, you will be working across a variety of sectors and locations across the North Wales area ranging from Anglesey to Wrexham.

You will be provided with the tools and equipment you need to carry out your role day-to-day.

The role will be predominantly Monday to Friday based, set across 40 hours per week with the opportunity to complete weekend overtime at your leisure.

Customer/Client care and excellence in service delivery is the very heart of our team and this role would suit like-minded individuals. You will be encouraged to create and sustain good rapport with our customers and showcase your skills in the best possible way to undertake works efficiently and effectively to minimise disruption.

Salary is negotiable DOE and will be open to discussion during the interview.
- Possess substantial experience within Vinyl, Latex, Liquid DPM and coved flooring
- Hold a full, valid UK Driving Licence
- Show flexibility to adaptive schedules when required
- Carry out works to the highest standard ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Follow company Health & Safety guidelines and Working Practices.
- Work successfully both within a team and independently.
- Show initiative and remain reliable throughout all projects.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
