With 44 en-suite bedrooms, a large bar/dining area and separate lounge and games room, the venue is busy throughout the week, **especially** at weekends, with visitors from across the country.

An opportunity has a risen for a full or part time Receptionist to join the team. This role is a multiskilled position so must have experience working behind a Bar.

We are seeking an individual with a wide spectrum of qualities including:

- Highly computer literate, able to quickly pick up the many back-office hotel and Choice Hotels Systems.
- Highly customer focused: ensuring our visitors get exceptional service, food, drink and accommodation.
- An individual with a proven track record of achievement and hospitality success.

This role reports direct to the General Manager.

**Person Specification**:

- Experience in a similar position is desirable.
- Strong IT and back-office skills.
- Proven Food & Beverage Knowledge with ideas for expansion.
- Strong Knowledge of Health & Safety and current legislative procedures.
- Excellent references.
- Must have experience working behind a Bar.
