Our clients a Global Freight Forwarder based near Heathrow Airport (Hayes) are looking to recruit an Export Gateway Clerk.

Role will involve
- Preparing paperwork for customs and airlines and monitoring inbound and outbound flights.

Dealing with warehouse and external client queries.

Using NES system to maintain Export customs entries.

Acting as a liaison between clients and the airlines.

Ensuring that correct shipment procedures are followed.

Hours are 4 on / 4 off Days and Nights either 6.30am-6.30pm/ 8am-8pm (DAY) or 6.30pm-6.30am / 8pm-8am (NIGHT)

Minimum of 1 year's experience in Air Freight Exports would be preferred.

You will need a good knowledge of Word /Excel and have excellent communication skills.

Salary 29K-30K + 3K shift allowance & overtime

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
