Role Overview**

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced and energetic surveyor to take a role in rural property management principally across Yorkshire and surrounding counties. Working within our progressive Estate Management Department in York, the role will focuson strategic rural asset management and consultancy advice to a wide range of clients. The role will encompass a genuinely diverse spectrum of work, including; the holistic management of diverse rural property businesses, land use strategy, a need to balanceeconomic and environmental outcomes and to position our clients businesses to respond to the current land and property ownership opportunities and challenges.

The position would ideally suit an experienced surveyor who is able to work with autonomy and initiative, seeking to work within a highly capable and enthusiastic team able to draw upon a wide range of niche and specialised skillsets within the wider business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsibility for diverse rural property portfolios; including agricultural, residential and commercial property as well as mineral and sporting rights
- Opportunity to work with Savills Natural Capital Regional Lead to assess the condition and potential of our clients natural assets and develop management plans to enhance them
- Contributing to developing the business through networking to build up close relationships with existing and new clients and their professional advisors
- Provide consultancy advice to a range of land and property owning businesses
