Northern Building plastics has an exciting new position available at our Hinckley Branch. As a late shift team leader, you will use your initiative to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly, leading and working with the team to ensure we provide a great service to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organising and loading of products for next day delivery (Manual lifting of building materials)
- Create pick lists and delivery notes
- Ensuring staff are working correctly and following correct procedures
- Recommend measures to improve quality of service and the effectiveness of the branch
- Maintain and use our ERP system for inventory management and logistics
- Ensure that all relevant Health & Safety Policies are complied with
- Manage and co-ordinate Cyclic Stock Takes in conjunction with the warehouse Manager and stock department
- Manage and limit damages
- To manage employee related queries, seeking guidance from HR where necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse and branch
- Good knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Forklift licence and supervisory experience in the building plastics trade is preferable, but not essential.
- Working hours are Sun-Thurs 1600-0100 (40hrs per week), paid weekly in arrears._

Recruitment for this role is carried out over a 2 stage interview process. This role as an anticipated start date of 22nd April 2024. Training will be conducted on the day shift (Mon-Fri 0730-1630). Twilight shift will commence on the 12th May 2024. Further details will be discussed at interview stage, if selected.
