We're looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The Collective at Woolsery currently has seven accommodations; three cottages and four separate hotel rooms. If successful, you will be responsible for greeting guests, check-in’s and check outs, answering calls and enquiries, and assisting with the day-to-day hotel operations. You will report to the Guest Services Manager but will also be expected to work independently.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating guest files
- Pre and post guest property inspections
- Guest room billings
- Stocking of mini bars
- Maintaining GDPR
- Data entry and admin support
- Other responsibilities as and when required by the company
Skills Required:
- Consistent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- At least 1 year in a similar role
- High level of personal and professional presentation
You must have reliable transportation, as public transportation to this location is limited and not within shift hours. This role includes evenings and weekends and you must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.02 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
