West CAMHS has an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to join our Early Intervention and Prevention Service (EIPS) and are looking to recruit two Band 6 EIPS CAMHS Practitioners.

Working as an EIPS Practitioner in Gwynedd and Mon your focus would be on developing and delivering a range of evidenced and practice based interventions for children, young people, families/carers and the professional network. These interventions focus on early intervention and prevention of mental health difficulties within community settings; such as consultation, joint working and training.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who values multi agency working in their practice and committed to helping children, young people and families in order to promote positive well-being and mental health.

To provide assessment and intervention and / or specific evidence based therapies to children and young people with mental health problems and significant mental health disorders. Provide consultation and support to front line professionals in understanding and supporting children / young people and families through providing training, advice and direction in addition to the delivery of early intervention programmes.
