We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated administrator to join our friendly meter connections team.
**What you'll do**:
You will look for solutions to make things even better and identify potential changes which will improve efficiency, effectiveness and enhance the customer's journey.
We will invest in your development through regular 121's coaching and skill building. You will be joining part of a wider retail and commercial organisation which will present you with lots of career opportunities.

**What you'll need**:
We are looking for someone who is naturally customer focused and is confident over the phone, you will be positive, flexible and have a passion for helping others. You enjoy being part of team and collaborating with your peers, but you are also able to use your own initiative to confidently make decisions when working independently.
You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with great attention to detail when updating details to ensure we get it right first time. You will also need to be able to demonstrate resilience and reliability, working to defined department targets.
Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar environment and have computer skills including Microsoft office.
