The purpose of this role is to ensure that accurate data is delivered and communicated daily to the appropriate parties. Processing weekly and monthly timesheets to ensure accurate payments are made to engineers and team leaders, identifying issues and anomalies to ensure an effective and efficient end to end payroll process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Checking timesheets for engineers, and team leaders for accuracy against our job logging database.
- Reviewing vehicle tracker reports for accuracy of recording.
- Process accurate calculations for deductions, overtime payments, and anomalies for salaried and coded staff.
- Chase up timesheets to ensure deadlines are met and accurate pay calculations
- Communicate with Engineer Team leaders, escalating issues for action where submissions are delayed or anomalies unaccounted for
- Meet tight end of month payroll deadlines to ensure all timesheets are submitted prior to the cut off deadline, ensuring accurate pay for all staff.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
